Structured in a trully Question Time style, our international panel includes international restorative justice expert Professor Marelize Schoeman (University of South Africa) and hate crime specialist Dr. Mark Walters (University of Sussex). This debate will be chaired by IARS' Founder and Director, Dr. Theo Gavrielides who has published extensively in the area of hate crime and restorative justice.
