The RJ4All Board

We have a focused Board of Non-Executive Directors who meet regularly using the values of restorative justice. Our non-executive Directors come from various fields including academia, campaigning, front line service delivery and research. They hold the Founder and Director into account, and together with our user groups and staff team they set and monitor the strategic direction of our institute.

The Board does not have executive powers. They represent RJ4All using their lived experiences and expertise. As a non-party political non-profit NGO that is led by its users, our Board is inclusive and scrutinised by our User Scrutiny Panels including our constitutional Youth Management Board.
