Internships

Internships at RJ4All
Open applications
At RJ4All, we recruit for both office-based and remote internships on an ongoing basis. Although we focus on supporting those in their early career stages, we also offer internships across ages and abilities. We keep our placements flexible structuring them around individual needs and circumstances.

RJ4All interns are offered a number of training opportunities as well as the chance to work in a variety of areas. We have found that in order to gain maximum benefits, interns will need to commit to 3 months for a few hours per week. Internships are unpaid, but volunteer costs such as travelling will be covered. At the end of the internship, you will be able to obtain a YouthPass certificate and CPD accreditation if you participate in the transnational projects that we are part of. Many of our interns are also offered paid placements within our organisation or partners from across the UK and Europe.

Role Description and what we offer

All interns are given a Role Description which also include our Volunteers' Policy covering out of pocket expenses and training. Internships are structured placements that aim to enhance our volunteers' skills, confidence and experiences. Follow this link to see our full offer to you.
