Food Is Medicine

Food Is Medicine

The ancient Greek philosopher Hippocrates once said: "Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food."

If we watch what we eating as well as exercise, we can address and prevent a variety of health issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure. That is why we created the Food Is Medicine series, centred on helping you turn very simple ingredients into very delicious and healthy meals!

If you're passionate about food and want to improve your health, take a look at our recipes below! Created by our Founder and Director Dr. Theo Gavrielides - Personal Trainer (L3) and OFQUAL Regulated Level 4 Specialist Exercise (Nutrition/Obesity).
