RJ4All has a transparent hire structure for three rooms within the centre that are available for holding activities that fall within our charitable objectives. Additionally, our venue is a great option for booking professional meetings, and we can also accommodate alcohol-free birthday parties, provided the venue is left in the same condition as found.
The centre is accessible and there are parking spaces which can be booked with the venue hire. Due to low cost, there is high demand and therefore advance booking is advised as early as possible. Venues can be hired on a regular or one off basis.
Venues available for hire (N/A under COVID restrictions)
Room 1: Main hall with capacity 100 (standing) or 50 (sitting)
The hall is thoughtfully furnished to create a welcoming atmosphere. We kindly request that hirers refrain from removing any furniture and return it to its original position if adjustments are needed. A reference folder with pictures of the room's setup is provided. Failure to comply may result in additional charges. Thank you for your cooperation.
Room 2: RJ4All Gym
Room 3: Massage or consultation room for 2
- Chairs and up to 2 tables (rectangular) if requested at the booking stage
- Kitchen facilities and utilities if booked and paid for at the booking stage
- IT and sports equipment if booked and paid for at the booking stage
- COVID19 PPE
- Access to women’s, men’s and disabled access toilets
- Running water, heating and electricity
- Bike racks.

We are open Monday - Friday from 9:30 - 17:30, and occasionally Saturdays and Sundays.
On Thursdays we are open until 20:00!
