Your wellbeing matters!

Life's challenges, be it emotional strain, work stress, or social isolation, can impact not just your mental health but your overall well-being. Whether you're navigating feelings of anxiety, facing family complexities, or grappling with the socio-economic hardship after COVID-19, know that help is here.

Don't let societal stigmas hold you back. RJ4All offers free and confidential wellbeing restorative justice support services, tailored to your needs. All the services are carried out by our staff trained in Restorative Justice Practices. Please check out our services below.

For matters specifically related to victim support, we also have a separate Victims & Referrals Service.

We are here to help!

Wellbeing Restorative Justice Circles

Our centre provides a restorative space to connect with others for mental well-being, featuring different talking themes and creative activities each week. These circles were set based on a community need to provide a space for our local residents and families to connect and support each others. Our circles are underpinned by RJ practices and moderated by our RJ practitioners, trainees, and volunteers.  Our Restorative Justice Circles are guided by the following principles, which we state at the start of every circle.

1. Circle flow

Everyone is equal here; the Keeper facilitates the theme, and a talking piece is used when it's your turn to share. Your responses are informed by the contributions of others.

2. Open and respectful dialogue

There are no right or wrong answers. And we all learn from each other.

3. Curiosity is the key

All viewpoints are welcome and expected to be shared and heard respectfully.

4. No tension at all

If you are feeling overwhelmed or need a moment, you can 'come up for air' at any time, whether individually or as a group.

Join us every Tuesday from 12:30 pm to 3:00 pm with the following agenda:

  • 12:30 pm: Our sessions commence with guided circles that focus on rotating themes proposed by circle members such as anxiety, relationships, or loss.
  • 2:00 pm: We transition into our Craft Club, featuring activities like calligraphy, collaging, and knitting.
